I’m requesting prayer

I’m requesting prayer for myself, to be renewed, to be restored whole again to be the servant I must be. I have been facing challenges that has brought me to break my marriage not only my marriage but the house hold by actions of selfishness. I request prayer for restoration for my family as well.

  1. God bless and good morning, Alex,

Thank you for your prayer request. You can be sure in both your mind and your heart that our Father hears our prayers. Despite what the world has delivered to your doorstep God will never leave you and He is always with you.

But sometimes the challenges are very hard. Sometimes seemingly unbearable, like a trap we cannot escape. I would ask that you try to not think as a servant of the Lord God but a Son instead.

God sent Jesus so that you could be set free from the bonds of sin that make us a slave to this earth.

Servants or slaves do not know the master’s business so, in this world it becomes easy for us to be lost and believe that God has forgotten you or that He never even knew you!

But as a Son or Daughter of the Lord God we can, through His Word and by speaking with our Father come to know the Father’s business.

And when this happens the world loses its grip on us and we know the freedom, the peace and the joy of being in His family.
Please open God’s Word and read:

Galatians 4: 6-7 6 Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba,[c] Father.” 7 So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

Isaiah 61:4 However ruined and devastated things may appear to be, God can rebuild, restore & renew. That goes for churches, individuals and for communities impacted by God’s people as a result of Christ’s life, death, resurrection and ascension.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Lastly remember you are a prodigal Son, we all are. God waits for you to return to Him. It’s time to turn your eyes to Him and be welcomed into His family.

I ask all that read this message to pray for Alex. I will.
    Pastor Wes
